I got tired of the constant upgrades to Windows 10. The operating system is very similar to Windows but it does take a little time getting use to its more limited functions. I find the notebook has adequate usb ports and for added storage I simply add both a memory stick and a separate hard drive.
I am not vert tech savvy, but this computer breaks everything down for you and that is so beneficial. My main concerns were speed -my last laptop was unbearably slow so i wanted one that was as fast as my smart phone- and battery life. This is everything I had hoped for and more!
We were very disappointed with the screen quality and will be returning the unit.
Really liked the laptop! Great visuals! Easy to use for an old gramma! ASUS has a great reputation and is very reliable! And I really loved the blue color!
I have had this Chromebook since February. It works great for Google Docs or Slides and watching YouTube. I don't have an abundance of extensions and primarily use 1 tab at a time. Where this device excels if I charge it on the weekends and I get a whole work week out of use between charges.
I love this chromebook. Its a very well build with the perfect size to have. It runs apps from the Playstore and never felt it hanged while in use. The batery is also a very good as it last for very long.
The chrome book seems to work fine for what it’s needed for. I’m disappointed with the charging cord. I unplugged it from the computer and the tip that you insert in was loose and has now fallen off so it can’t be charged.
Its a Chromebook. It does 95% of the things you need done at about 5% the price of a MacBook. Battery goes forever, unit is responsive. And its made by Asus who seem to make good products consistently. This is the 2nd of this model I bought for my daughter.
Good product for the money. Recommend it.
Everything a high school students needs for school.
