As some other buyers have stated, the Brother MFC-L8610CDW color laser printer works reliably except for two sided printing of files and documents from the computer. Print commands from the computer and the set up on printer for 2 sided printing do not guarantee the printer will print a 2 sided...
I am loving everything about this printer! It prints fast, it prints clear, and I can print feom my phone and surface. It does however have to be connected to the network to be able to print, but that's ok. I'm so glad I finally broke down and bought me a good printer!
This is an excellent product. I especially like the toner color which replaces the old inkjet printers. Now copies and scans are in color which adds a terrific dimension. I also like the auto feed feature which allows multiple pages to be scanned rather than manually feeding one page at a time into...

The Brother MFCL8610CDW is an excellent printer for the small office or home office. The printing is sharp and clear. It is a fast machine for printing, scanning, and copying. Overall it is just an excellent machine. The toner lasts a long time and it looks like toner is inexpensive to replace.
Adding a second tray was easy. For my computer we had to download adobe so it can probably print my documents from letter to legal size. I do wish the printer would print a little faster as I print a lot of documents. I have not had a problem with it but then again I have only own it for 2 months.
