I love the small compact size of this laptop, how it converts easily from a laptop & a tablet and I love the touch screen!!! My cons are that it is slow at times ( my home internet could be the problem) and getting adjusted to Windows 10 is taking time. Other than that, I love it!

My computer got hit by lightning and took out everything. I purchased another just like it. I'm an old schooler and didn't feel like going through all the hassle of updating everything. This was pretty much a plug and play.

  Unit works! (Note: This is a third purchase. The first two units, which were not Dell, were DOA.) The computer is quite and boots quickly, and let me reiterate, "It works."

  The computer comes with a lot of "bloatware". Apparently, this is a fact of life regardless of brand. A good "uninstaller" software package is required. Unfortunately, Windows uninstaller is inadequate for the task. Keyboard is trash. Why not give a $1 discount offer for the computer less keyboard.
