Printer works great. I've used it for 6 months in my home office. The scanner is just the worst thing I've ever used. It constantly grabs 3 pages at once and doesn't scan them. You may think, "he must be overfeeding," but does it when you're trying to scan anywhere between 2-25 pages.
Other than the fact that the paper can't be loaded in the back, but must instead be put into a tray in front which requires the use of both hands, It,s a good printer.
I bought this for myself for Christmas but didn't hook it up until last month! Item - Epson WorkForce WF-3620 Inkjet Multifunction Printer - Color - Photo Print - Desktop - Copier/Fax/Printer/Scanner - 33 ppm . It is so easy to use, turn it on, print, your done. Colors are great! Printing is fast.
Seems to be a really nice printer but is a bit of a pain to set it up wireless...still have not accomplished that. Will have to call Epson again.
