GE JGB630REFSS 30 Inch Stainless Steel Gas Freestanding Range

I've only had this oven 2 months but I really like it so far. I like the 2 part grates and the different sized burners (for different pots). I don't use the pot drawer but I feel like it is wide and tall enough to accommodate many pots and pans. It heats up fast and cooks fast so no complaints here!

This is my first gas range and I love using the cooktop. The only real drawbacks to the cooktop are cosmetic. It's inconvenient to clean up the area around the burners. The knobs under the burner I use most (the 2-ring front right burner) are discolored. I assume it's due to the heat.

We've had this stove for about six months now. We rarely eat out so we're constantly using it. The power boil heats up a canning pot full of water surprisingly quickly. Our normal pot, which is also pretty large, heats up in about ten minutes. We love it! Great purchase!

My husband says it is impossible to burn things in this oven. : ) I've burned a lot of things in my short cooking days, but am finding it increasingly difficult to burn things in this fantastic oven. It came with the house we bought about a year ago. I love that it always cooks so consistantly.

We have this range in our rental condo (i.e., one we rent from the owner, not the other way around). It has one tiny capacity burner, two small capacity ones, and one medium capacity burner. None of the burners has enough BTUs to be able to sear anything quickly.

Owned one for 4 years. Six months after purchase, coating on knobs peeled off because of heat from oven. Got free replacement from factory. Two years later same thing again. Don't buy stove with stainless steel LOOKING knobs.

I love this range! The tri-bridge and tri-ring burners work very well. The controlled simmer took a bit of getting used to but now that I know the settings, it is great for anything from soups to sauces!

We moved to a new home and needed to purchase a new oven and stove. I wanted one that would last a long time and that woud be able to cook well. After reading a ton of reviews we decided to purchase this GE Gas Range.
