Simple, fast, and versatile, the Google Pixelbook is easy to like and offers better hardware than any Chromebook sold so far. Yet its flexibility has led to rough edges, bugs, and quirks, and competitors with hot new features like 4K panels, are in the works.

Extremely slim, Handsome look, Beautiful, pixel-dense display, Feels snappy in everyday use, Battery can easily last a full workday

Chrome OS has limited inking support, Assistant isn’t as useful as it could be, Android apps are supported, but buggy
The Pixelbook has high-end hardware and a great hybrid design, but it’s still hard to justify spending so much on a Chrome OS laptop.
-
+
The Google Pixelbook has a sleek convertible design. Its sharp touchscreen is bright and colorful. Performance is fast, lag-free and smooth. The dedicated Google Assistant button is useful.
-
-
It’s expensive. The stylus is sold separately. It has the same built-in limitations as other Chrome OS systems.
The Google Pixelbook is a powerful, upscale 2-in-1 convertible laptop that will serve well-heeled Android and chromebook fans well.
-
+
Premium construction and styling. Android apps for offline use. Instant Tethering with Pixel 2 phone. Contextual search with Pen and Google Assistant.
-
-
Very expensive for a chromebook. Only two USB-C ports. Pen is separate purchase.
Google's latest high-priced chromebook.

+
The design, the hardware, and the speed.

So-so battery life and a sluggish $100 pen accessory.
Google's new Pixelbook is a triumph of design – truly a Chromebook you could happily use in place of a regular laptop
It’s easy to fall in love with the Pixelbook’s sleek hardware, but the combination of a high price and faltering software means that the competition bests it on both laptop and tablet fronts.
I bought this back in June- I work a lot from home and had a big bulky laptop provided for me by my work but I wanted something a little more portable and a little quicker. This device is honestly one of the best things I've ever bought.
I have been swithering about upgrading my old windows laptop for a while and had toyed with a Chromebook, as it seemed, on paper to do all the things I needed outside of work (and I have a work laptop for that), but there was always that nagging doubt in the back of the head saying, 'you won't be...
This is a very high quality device and works brilliantly in tablet mode. The android apps work very nicely and make the pixelbook much more useful. I use the pixelbook to watch tv, log on to remote desktops and code. I even installed firefox now that it supports linux applications.
Bought this a couple of weeks ago at an amazing price from Very. The Pixelbook works for me, is very fast and does everything I need.
If you're looking at a Pixelbook, you probably know all about Chromebooks already. This is a nice one and, with the early Linux apps beta, is has just become one of the most capable laptops around. For someone technically minded, anyway!
Best tech purchase I've made in a long time - awesome hardware, secure and versatile software - it can run Chrome apps, Android apps and now full linux applications (with Windows also a possibility going forward).
This is a very attractive top spec Chromebook that is just so easy to use it's a pleasure. As it is app based it's just like a big phone with the big advantage being it works as soon as you open it, no timely booting up for a computer.
I have looked at buying a Pixel book for a while since changing to a Google Pixel 2 phone. I run my own business and it is now so easy to send documents and forms to clients on the go. The price and service were great so would thoroughly recommend the product and buying it from Very.
Had this a few days now and love it. Super quick and easy to use. Not tried all its functions yet but it hasn't disappointed one bit. Steal at the reduced price.
