The CP4025dn is a competent color laser capable of handling high-volume output and presentation materials for small or home offices. The cost per page is low, and output quality is high, but the printer is noisy and big.

The CP4025dn workgroup printer has plenty of speed and features, as well as low costs per page; photos tend to look dark, however.

Most busy offices would be happy with the HP Color Laserjet Enterprise CP4025dn's speed and features, and its smooth print quality is a nice bonus.

Might work okay if you have windows xp, but if you have windows 8 or newer forget it. We have 3 printers on our small business network, this one is the only one that is a constant problem for anyone that is running anything newer then Windows XP.
Set up was little difficult on our network, but it works greats once it was set up. Little pricey..
