I use the ROKITS to both produce and mix. With the NEW LF adjustment on hte G3's I bring up the BASS to produce hip hop and reggae. When I am ready to mix I lower the LF adjustment and find the perfect balance with Highs and Lows. These are the ONLY monitors in this price range that can do that.
... very large, vibrant and sweet sound in my home recording studio. Move up to the 8" if you need full sound. Mine go together with the 10S sub.
They have superb sound. I have been using them for years. I have the sub-woofer to, and it can hit the lows very well. I would recommend to anyone wanting excellent all around studio quality monitors.
I purchased a pair about 3 years ago, then after about a year and a half 1 of them just stopped working. The power comes on but no sound, so I decided to replace it and bought 1 new one, but I kept the old one. after another 2 years all 3 speakers were not working!..
These speakers are amazing. Everything was well shipped and had no trouble installing them. Sound quality is great, and I'm 100% happy with my purchase.
I rarely write reviews. I got these speakers yesterday and installed them today. Wow, what a fantastic set of speakers. I have them hooked up to my TV. I have had all the Audioengine speakers. I thought Audioengine made the best speakers in the world.
