The LG 49WL95C-W, a business-centered 49-inch monitor, is a multitasker's dream panel, letting you manage and view several full-size windows on your screen at once.

Spacious 49-inch screen., USB-C port can charge devices, including laptops., Good color accuracy., Can handle HDR content., Powerful speakers.
-
-
Skimpy one-year warranty., On the pricey side.
Overall, the LG 49WL95C-W is a good monitor for most uses. The high resolution, wide format screen is especially well-suited for office use or media creation. It's a pretty basic gaming monitor, with no dedicated gaming features, but it still delivers a good gaming experience.
-
+
Outstanding gradient handling., Excellent gray uniformity., Excellent screen real estate.
-
-
Can't get very bright., HDR doesn't add much.
If you need a lot of screen space, then the LG UltraWide 49WL95C is one of the best ways to get it. Casual users don't need to spend this much though.

+
Nicely styled and designed, Gorgeous HDR-supporting screen, Useful screen split modes

60Hz refresh rate not enough for serious gaming, Takes up a lot of room, Costs a significant chunk of cash
The 49WL95C 32:9 aspect 49-inch ultrawide monitor is a feast for the eyes and full of features, but makes a major assault on your wallet. Huge panel size Strong feature set High quality chassis Mediocre pixel density Limited image fidelity Very expensive
This is my second LG wide monitor….. I do a lot of drone video editing and upon receiving my new 48 inch monitor and editing on it for the first time I never realized what a magnificent piece of equipment this is to use for just about anything that you can think of including business worker play….

Great monitor. I use it for business. I can set it up as multiple monitors. But I find that I like it better as one big monitor with multiple windows open. I can accomplish so much when I can see all the windows open and move from app to app.Make sure your graphics card can do 5k
I got this and the other LG monitor 5K x 2K and I ended up just keeping this one and returning the other. I'm a motion designer and need more screen real estate. I was worried that it'd be to wide and mess with the way I look at the composition but its perfect.
This is a beautiful screen but the crazy width of it and lack of curvature made me miss notifications and even meetings during the few days that I used it. Literally couldn't use it. Much better off with a 32 inch 16:9 and one or two monitors on the side (at a steeper angle).
Got two of these marvelous screens. Before I used two flat 34 inch screens (LG 34UM95-P). When the 49 inch monitors arrived a few years ago I feared the curved screen.Only lately I discovered the radius of the LG 49WL95C-W is considerable larger than other monitors on the market namely 3800mm vs...

This is a fantastic monitor. It took a little while to set it up since I needed to update my laptop driver, download to monitor driver and download the app used to select my preferred tile layout. It was definitely worth the effort.
I'm an Editor and Motion Graphics designer for Broadcast television, and I just got this a few days ago and I think it's great. I would have rated it 5 stars if the sRGB and NTSC specs where better, but honestly, If you really wanted great color reproduction, you'd also get an actual broadcast...
Amazing monitor. I use this for my work laptop and having my personal comp on the same monitor. I connect keyboard/mouse via a kvm switch and connect HDMI/display port directly. If you want to use all the real estate for a single comp make sure your graphic card can handle it otherwise it will not...
I bought this about a month ago. It is much more than what I expected! I love the design as it has a very sturdy stand to hold it. It was very easy to connect and it has an excellent picture.

If you like having many windows up at once at full-size this is the monitor for you. You can have at least 3-4 full-sized windows running at once. Great if you're an editor of video or music, a writer, or just someone who likes having many things up at once.
