but still expensive. Today’s ThinkPad X1 Yoga configuration preserves most of the major plusses of our previous review unit while dropping the price nearly in half. Is this the true sweet spot in the convertible PC market?
-
+
clever case and keyboard design, rigid build, fast system performance, excellent keyboard and touchpad, very good port selection for its class, fast and accurate fingerprint sensor, bright, attractive display which lacks only in color gamut, active stylus included, 3-year warranty standard
-
-
still rather expensive, screen is highly reflective, limited extensibility
The ThinkPad X1 Yoga draws from the best aspects of our favorite Lenovo business laptops, offering a slim convertible design, long battery life, and enough ports and features to help you stay productive at the office or on the road.
-
+
Long battery life. Convertible design is lightweight, but durable. Comfortable keyboard. Built-in stylus.
-
-
No USB-C or Ethernet ports.
With a wide array of ports that includes two Thunderbolt 3 connectors, a snappy keyboard, colorful display and more than 12 hours of endurance, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga would make a great business laptop, even if it weren't a 2-in-1.
The best 2-in-1 Yoga Lenovo makes gets even better with the addition of a stunning OLED display.
-
+
The new OLED display looks stunning, and this professional-level Yoga has a great keyboard, active stylus, and rugged body.
-
-
It's not as thin or light as the more consumer-oriented Yoga hybrids, and adding the OLED screen is an expensive option.
Final Thoughts There's no question that Lenovo has a really nice utlralight machine here in the ThinkPad X1 Yoga. The X1 Yoga builds on the pedigree of Lenovo's excellent X1 Carbon line with innovations in the 360 degree Yoga hinge and integration of the ThinkPad Pen Pro, which can offer significant...
If you disagree, come back in a month or three. We'll probably give an Editors' Choice to the OLED screen version.

Sleek and slender, Winning keyboard and stylus, Solid performance
-
-
Expensive, No USB-C or Thunderbolt port, Screen wobbles when tapped
I haven’t used a Lenovo laptop as my main computer for years. In fact, the last time I touched a Lenovo laptop for more than a few hours was when I used to manage a fleet of them in a corporate environment before joining The Verge .
-
+
Beautiful OLED display, Chiclet keyboard, Light and portable
-
-
Unreliable battery life, Aging, boring design, Unnecessary nub and trackpad buttons
With the added versatility of the four Yoga modes, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga definitely takes the best from the ThinkPad X1 and Yoga lines and combines them for a truly versatile business ultrabook.
-
+
Great performance, added versatility with the Laptop, Stand, Tent, and Laptop modes. ThinkPad Pen Pro is a great addition for even more convenience.
-
-
Battery life can vary greatly depending on ultrabook usage. Definitely on the pricey side.
. If you want a screen that makes your eyes feel like they’re smiling every time you look at the screen then you might just want to spend the extra cash to get this configuration. No one who sees this display with their own eyes will fault you for buying it.
-
+
Outstanding OLED screen, Impressive battery life, Business-class thin and light, Excellent keyboard
-
-
Expensive, Frustratingly small pen, RAM is not upgradeable, No USB Type-C or Thunderbolt
Ultrabooks are a wonderful thing, but they’re known to require compromise: you get this (usually thin and lightweight construction), but you have to sacrifice that (let’s say battery life and durability).
This is a very low-quality product. I reccommend that you do not purchase it, especially at the price. Buy a Dell.

I had a 17.3 inches HP, and my boyfriend bought this product for me as a gift about 20 days ago:- The touch-pad is not very responsive. The tapping doesn't work properly; I sometimes should use the click buttons instead of tapping since it doesn't work.
