This washer has no agitator, and uses less water than the old-style washer. The clothes get moved around by the bottom of the drum moving around. The clothes don't really get cycled through the water, but instead, mostly just sit on top of the water in the drum.

I got really nervous when I read the last review, but then I read the manual and the water sensor can be turned off to fill the whole tub. I tried it tonight and it worked great! The clothes are getting really clean and it has a lot of features that I didn't even think I would want, but I am loving.

So far so good. Sometimes you have to turn off the machine to reset the computer, that's the only downside but the machine holds a lot. Also, clothes smell a lot cleaner then my front loader did. I haven't had the machine very long but it's been good so far.

I just love this washing machine! When my front loader died I decided I wanted a top loader washing machine again due to back problems, imagine my surprise when I found out top loaders can be had with all the wonderful features that I loved about my front loader, re: it had the energy star logo, low...

This is a very nice machine. We have been using it for a month now and the wife loves not having to unwind clothes from the agitator. We are a family of four and it's a little bigger than we needed but this one was in stock and we were desperate when our last machine broke down after only five years...

I love this washer! I love that it has no agitator and that it is very quiet. I've only had it a few weeks, but it really is amazing! There is a delay start cycle on there that allows me to set the timer for a certain # of hours and then it starts at that time and I've already done a load of laundry...

Great machine, can't wait for my dryer to putter out so I can buy the matching dryer!

Horrible experience with this machine. Water level is too low. Will not properly soak clothes. Clothes was not clean. Clothes came out feeling soapy, probably due to lack of sufficient water. Our last HE machine washed so much better! Yes we read manual and used unit properly. Nothing helped. Return

I am terribly disappointed with this washing machine. Whenever I was darks, many of them are left with a white residue. I use blue liquid detergent so I am not sure what is causing this and I am careful not to overload the machine. I am also disappointed that there is not a quick cycle option.
