If you are serious about about this is a good starter.
Great form factor. But out of the box settings result in a background grain in less than ideal light. Switching to manual and turning down the iris to about 20db fixes the problem. A bit disappointing.

Definitely value for money with the two I got as b cams. In manual mode they're super and do the job of units 3 times the price. No complaints at all, easy to use and end results are great. Top job Panasonic again.
Except for the fact it does not have xlr inputs, this is a great camera. I run a small mixer with xlr inputs anyway and knew this did not include them when I ordered it. Easy to use. Would not be that difficult for Panasonic to include xlr inputs on the back of the camera.
