Samsung MU7500-Series 55"-Class HDR UHD Smart Curved LED TV

We have to use youtube tutorial for setup it seems that the direction missed one or 2 steps. Don't like the picture quality. I had my Sony 40in TV that we have used for 12yrs still in great shape good picture quality. The voice remote is very annoying and time consuming.

The picture quality is amazing and the price is reasonable. I chose Samsung because, from my experience, their products last. I still have a Samsung plasma tv from 2010. It's outlasted a Vizio LED TV (bought in 2011) and a Sharp 4K LED TV (bought in 2016). The Sharp replaced the Vizio.

I am a big fan of this TV in all regards. We've had it now for a few months and I can't think of anything negative to say about it. I was concerned about the curved screen being an issue, since this is the first curved screen we've purchased, but it is a beautiful quality picture.

This was for my bedroom as I’m disabled and have to lay down due to my spine. I love this tv and being able to watch movies off Netflix and amazon prime. I won’t buy a cheaper brand . The color is like my other tv was but I love the WiFi stuff like you tube and others.

Picture quality and use is overall high quality, but the power cord for this TV is so loose that a breeze knocks it out. The amount of times I've had to jam the cord back in because it barely stays in its socket due to me managing cords is just too often.

Had it for less than 2 years. Completely fried. Totally broken. Just wouldn’t come on. We took amazing care of this tv and it did no good. I would not recommend and Samsung anything. Very upset and disappointed.

TV is fine. Warranty and Support are atrocious. If you buy a Samsung product, pray you don't have to use their support.
