The passive cooling isn't a con but be aware that you need to make sure it has good airflow, especially if its in a rack.

Currently I have 1 of these running my center channel in my home theater. It sounds great, no hissing. Seems to be very clean. I like the passive cooling so it makes no noise. The multiple inputs make it very flexible. All in all, for the price I think it is nearly unbeatable.

Better with higher efficiency speakers/cabs. The police will come to your home if you turn them up too high. Can do a Gym or smaller club to adequate volume. Did I mention that they were clean. If you can deal with cons, they are a great value.

Very clear (hi fi) and powerful in home stereo settings, can be bridged into Sub for clean thumping. These have satisfied me both at home and as an amateur DJ. Have multiple ins (RCA, 1/4", XLR) & outs (Binding posts, 1/4").

Volume controls and output binding posts have given me problems, although I admit I have been kind of rough on them.
