Unbalanced outputs., Modifying the sends to post-fader voids the warranty.
I have an old Peavey Mark III 24 channel board. Has 2 effects buses but only one effects return. Running 2 effects back into 2 channels minimizes the panning effect. This Behringer is perfect for my specific needs.
Awesome Mixer just as described
Mixer is compact with a great sound. Size is perfect for my mini studio
Been using it for a few weeks now. So far so good. I purchased this unit to add a bunch of synths I uses on an off into my computers audio interface. The price was good and it only takes up one rack unit. Cant complain.
The RX1602 allowed me to combine various synthesizers and modules and use only two inputs on my Focusrite audio interface. Quality built to last, knobs feel solid, looks good and sounds crystal clear :)
I'm using an array of 4 of these mixers in my personal audio system. Three of them are fed by 3 computers and drive a 5.1 surround system and my surround headphones, while the fourth downmixes the audio and feeds a headphone amplifier for when guests visit.
Does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it very well. Love the FBQ circuit, the level controls and the mute lockouts for finding hums. I have many inputs for a single amp, so this meets my needs nicely.
I was looking for a solution for routing multiple synthesizers and samplers into a stereo input on my interface. This was an excellent solution. It is very quiet and transparent. I can mute devices that aren't being used and I can ride inconsistent levels at the mixer instead of at each synthesizer.
I use it to get 8 stereo ins down to 1 to record my hardware synths. Works great. The level adjustment +4 or -10dB is handy if you have different types of gear.
I'm using the mixer to combine the output from more than 8 computers into one speaker set.Seems to be working well.Would have loved been able to plug 3.5mm stereo conectors directly into the unit, but had to buy adapters.
