I purchased this in Apr. 2015, and have never had one problem with it. It's very fast. the graphics are excellent. If you buy one find the equalizer and it makes the sound awesome, with bass boost and treble etc. I only discovered it about a year ago.
I bought this desktop for relative. She just needed a good home desktop that was preferably smaller and around a $500 budget. This computer is very capable in terms of it's processing power. Younger relatives can even play some games on it due to the Intel HD 4000 graphics.

Do not buy. Too slow!
Has been dependable so far minus the wifi. For maybe the first month it connected to WiFi and now it no longer does so I need to connect it with actual cable which makes it difficult to move my computer from the connectors.
Perfect replacement for a similar PC that went kaput.
very satisfied with product.
Some glitches...works okay most of the time once you figure out the tricks.
Case is larger than specified.
3 weeks after the warranty expired it got frozen and on restart went plain blue screen. I did have good antivirus, and didn't go on any fishy sites. I called the company they said since the warranty is expired it would cost minimum 125$ to come and take a look.
It is more or less useless. Can not do any word processing on it inspite of a paid computer expert trying to fix it.
