The XT2 shares top-billing of Fujifilm's X-series with the X-Pro2. Both are flagship cameras, but while the X-Pro2 attracts street photographers shooting with standard or mildly-wide lenses, the XT2 is more of an all-rounder that's equally at home with ultra-wides, big telephotos and everything...

Superb image quality out-of-camera – best in class., Good quality 4k video with mild crop and good AF., Very competent autofocus and tracking (with fast XF lenses)., Large viewfinder and screen that tilts vertically and sideways, Great controls, ergonomics and build quality. Weatherproof.

Lack of touchscreen limits ease of pulling focus in movies., No built-in stabilisation (but it may be impossible with X-bodies)., AE bracketing limited to three frames., Auto ISO unaware of lens focal length for minimum shutter speed.
The Fujifilm X-T2 is a fast-shooting mirrorless camera that doesn't disappoint when it comes to imaging, video, or build quality, and is backed by a strong lens library.

Omits touch screen and in-body stabilization. Raw buffer could be larger. No in-camera flash. 4K footage suffers from rolling shutter effect.
The X-T2 is Fujifilm's most all-round capable ILC ever. It offers the excellent Raw image quality and delicious JPEGs as the X-Pro2 but gains much improved autofocus and some of the most detailed 4K footage we've seen.

JPEG noise reduction can sometimes over-smooth skin detail at very high ISO, Camera's full AF capability only available with a subset of lenses, Subject tracking, while good, is not dependable enough for professional use, AF performance drops significantly in low light, Phase detection region is...
Fujifilm has always made cameras that are defined more by the experience of using them than their performance, but the X-T2 may be the first to buck this trend. With it, Fujifilm is hitting its stride and showing that it isn’t afraid of comparing the X-T2 to cameras from other brands based on specs,...

The X-T2 is Fujifilm’s second mirrorless camera with the new “X-Trans CMOS III” sensor, first seen in the company’s top-of-the-line X-Pro2 model. The X-T2 offers 24 megapixels of resolution and is Fujifilm’s first X-series camera that is able to record video in 4K resolution.
In my subjective opinion, the Fuji X-T2 is the best mirrorless camera on the market today. After using the camera for four months and putting it through a lot of use and abuse, I have to say that I am very impressed by its capabilities.
The X-T2 is a fraction the price, size and weight of a Canon 5DS R or Nikon D810 , and it's a very serious camera. Get one, I did! It's so much better than any of my digital LEICAs. The Fuji X100T is functionally the same thing with a fixed lens.
Fujifilm’s X-T2 is the perfect mirrorless camera for photo geeks. It seems like that’s true of every camera that Fujifilm releases, but the X-T2 is a refined sequel to the X-T1 that improves on its...
The Fuji X-T2 is a professional powerhouse of the mirrorless world, with enough external controls to please any retro-fanatic. It offers top-notch weather sealing, and the autofocus engine has also been heavily amped from the original X-T1, bringing its C-AF chops more in line with its modern DSLR...

Precise manual focus is tricky with fly-by-wire focusing; Battery life is only decent; Video quality still not on par with competing cameras., Precise manual focus is tricky with fly-by-wire focusing, plus focus can change unexpectedly when adjusting other unrelated settings, Shutter pre-press...
I've been shooting professionally for close to two decades now and I've used offerings form every digital camera manufacturer with the exception of Leica and the larger medium format options (though I do shoot MF film still).
Great piece of equipment. Fun to use, makes the whole photographing experience inviting and enjoyable. Amazing photos and great quality lenses available.
I updated to this from the x-pro 1 and it's definitely a great update in terms of AF speed and low light performance.
Phenomenal camera .... fast.. durable.. quick auto focus + start upAs solid a build as you will find .The Viewfinder is as good as any on the marketThe film simulation modes are amazing - esp Acros B+ W + VelviaThis is my second Fuji Mirrorless .It feels + looks like my D4 with 10 % of weight
Best camera i ever had love the colors it produces the lens takes some sharp and beautiful images still trying to learn it new to fujifilm
This camera makes me want to take pictures. Coming from an X-100T, I was worried that I would not have the same attachment to the XT-2, I was wrong. This has 'pick me up and use me' oozing out of it.
I bought this as an upgrade from the XT-1. It is an improved version of the XT-1. IT seems to process images faster and has much faster AF. I also love the joystick. I have used it with Fuji lenses as well as the Nikon 600mm and 200mm micro (with fotodiox converter).
The Fuji X-T2 is a fantastic camera. I have found that the X-T2 offers significantly more flexibility (& complexity) than the Fuji X-E2 that I've been using for several years.PROS: The features I find most useful are:The dedicated controls on the top of the camera that eliminate the need to dive...
Sold my A6300 sony to buy this. This is the best camera I have ever owned.
