Cafe 30 Inch Gas Sealed Burner Cooktop

This product uses inferior materials. The burner buttons are plastic. I must be on my tenth button. I just decided to buy them in bulk and replace them every few months after they break. The heat put out by the burners is less than desirable.

We put this stove top in about a year ago. Overall, we like the stove top. The large center burner was a must for my canning pot. My only complaint is that the grates sit a little high. Bringing water to a boil is inefficient on all the burners except the middle burner on power boil.

These folks know what they are doing! They assisted in providing advice on correct sizing and placement that made our new cooktop look and function as if it was all one unit. Very happy with the quality and ease of installation!

A good looking cooktop! Big improvement over my previous low-end GE cooktop. Knobs heavy not flimsy plastic. Wrought iron grates over burners better qualiy heavy iron but not difficult to manipulate. Like the glowing blue light under the knob when the burner is on.

Love my new stove top. The only drawback for those needing this information, are grates are heavy to lift when cleaning for those with arthritis. Otherwise, no complaints. Easy to keep clean. Attractive stove top.

The middle burner stopped working after 1 and half years. The estimated cost is $845. What the heck!

The worst $1200.00 (Price 5 years ago) I ever made. The knobs break in 1 to 2 years and at first cost $32.00 to replace. And the replacement ones break sooner. GE should be ashamed to put Plastic knobs on a high priced unit.

Nice cooktop but control knobs are plastic and I have replaced 2 already!!! They are expensive and they are junk!!!

Purchased this cooktop in Jan 2015. Today (Mar 27, 2017) it is being replaced with a different product from a different manufacturer. There are two issues. First, the knobs are made of plastic and typically break within 30 days.
