Touchscreen could be more intuitive
The perfect printer for anyone who prints a lot of documents. Installation was easy...even on a network.
Good product but is slow to start printing, When we are really busy something we send to print twice because It take so long we believe we did no sent to print. The rest is good. Cartridge last long time
All documentation I have read says the N and DN do not have wireless without an extra accessory. The title of this item is misleading. For the purposes we have these for, having wireless would have been a problem and would have been disabled. These do however have eprint.
If the paper levels in tray 2 get any lower than 1/4, and you print a job more than 10 sheets long, the paper creases and the ink doesn't set properly. I've tried everything to fix this and can't seem to find anything online about other people having this problem. Otherwise, it's a great printer.
This unit replaced a 5 year old 4 Series printer from HP. The old 4 series was less expensive and the cartridges were less money, yet the old 4 series was better constructed. I have been using HP printers at my small company since 1999. I hope this version is as reliable as all the others.
As with almost all HP printers, there's some very very cheap plastic parts on this. Some of the higher end products, and heck some of their wicked low end products have some better trays than this has. But... it works. And it's fast. So I'm not complaining.
I received this very timely and in good shape. So far it has been just what we needed for a home do it all device.
VERY GOOD PRINTER , EASY TO SET UP, VERY QUIET
This printer works great, however after being on the market almost 8 months you can’t find a single ink/toner cartridge for sale anywhere. HP has zero in the channels at places like staples and office max. The hp toner cartridge is $275.
