The performance of the S optics are unbelievably flawless performers. Even though I do not like to utilize lights in my style of photography, I decided to go with the CS version in the event I do use lights.
One of the absolute best photographic lenses made for sharpness, contrast, color, beautiful out of focus rendering. Autofocus speed is good for medium format but nowhere near the offerings from Nikon or Canon. Autofocus accuracy is spectacular.

I have been using mine for the past two years all over the world. Simply amazing performance and there is nothing out there that comes close. Optics are terrific and resolution unbeatable. The lens is sealed and is ideal for previously hostile environments such as deserts, jungles or the poles....
