This is the Quick Release Shoe Plate for TH-650DV Tripod by Libec. It fit lengthwise but was 1/8 too wide so I had to file 1/16 of aluminium off of each side to get the shoe into the receptacle. It then did work.
Does not fit properly. It can be jammed in and seems secure; however, the release will not work because the plate does not fit properly. If the release does not work, it somewhat nullifies the utility of a quick-release. Manufacture needs to retool.
Glad to have it. Need it for my 2nd tripod.
