We’ve just recently covered some of Manfrotto’s new bag line. Over the last few weeks I had the chance to test Manfrotto’s new Backpack 30. Now, Manfrotto set out to reinvigorate its bag line with a much-needed new look and design.
Small is beautiful!Light backpack, lots of room, easy access for D4S and 20-70mm and all my stock. Now I can bring my equipment everywhere whitout any problems. (soccer, hockey, plane theatre etc...) Protection is fine.
I took my Nikon D800 and 200-500mm lens into the camera store to see if it will fit. I laid it in the center of the bag and it fit perfectly, even with the hood cover on (not in the shooting position). When I got it home I added a 70-200mm 2.8, 24-70mm, 2.8, teleconverter and batteries, card etc.
This backpack is lightweight, yet can hold camera with longer lens without any trouble. The perfect case for those long hours on the sidelines this fall.
I have a much larger backpack for carrying a lot of gear, but I don't always want to take it all every time I go shooting. The Manfrotto Pro Backpack 30 is the perfect size for carrying my camera, a long lens, a couple of smaller lenses, and a flash, along with a few cords and filters.
Great pack so far. It will hold all my gear (D7000, + 2 lenses) and the additional camera (D610) and 2 more lenses I will purchase shortly. Well made (even though it's made in China-which I dislike) Materials are first rate but some of the straps are too long in my opinion but I have yet to fully...
I put 2 DSL bodies and 4 lens with battery packs and a point N shoot inside this bag with many extra batteries and such.
4.5 Stars! This backpack has almost everything. It holds my D7000 and F5 bodies along with an assortment of lenses, a flash, film, memory cards, 13" Macbook Pro and more! It just fits in overhead storage when fully loaded, so if you're thinking this bag might not be big enough, keep in mind whether...
