Samsung 5 cu. ft. 27 Inch Front Load Washer

Good wifi and smart hub compatible washer. It uses very less water. Sometimes I doubt if that much less water is enough to clean the laundry thoroughly. So far it is doing a good job. One annoying thing is once wash cycle is done and when you open the door, water drips onto the floor from door.

We received our Samsung washer & dryer three weeks ago it works great, the only issue is they are not leveled, i may have to call home depot so they can come back out and level the appliances. Other than that they are working great, i love the sleek black finish and they are quiet when running.

I love that it's a Smart Washer and will message your phone when your laundry is done. There are so many pre-programmed settings for all of your washing needs (including a few steaming options) that the Samsung Smart Front Load Washer makes washing your clothes almost effortless.

Very pleased with this purchase! I only have two minor complaints: 1) The end of cycle signal sound plays for almost 30 seconds. You can turn it off, but then there is no signal at all. I'm hoping the wifi Bixby assistant will allow me to change that. I haven't yet experimented with it.

Sleek and black . This machine has all of the smart features I already downloaded the Smartthings app, the Washer is great, clothes co me out super clean. It’s very efficient energy wise. Water usage is lower than it all . Love the timed features and all the different wash cycles.

I am happy with this washer. The capacity is enormous (the 5.0 cubic feet is ultimately why we picked this one) and it does a nice job washing. I've had it for a month and am still learning all of the cool features so I can maximize the usage. It's a nice looking machine too!

This Samsung washer was our first time using a front loading washer for our home and we are so pleased!! The features are so easy to use although the dial may look really simple there are so many customization that can be accomplished between the app and buttons.

I am disappointed in this purchase. Anticipated that a larger capacity washer could handle some heavy duty items eg, bathroom rugs. This model of Samsung washer cannot handle bathroom rugs; the rugs were soaked with water (the spin cycle could not get all of the water out).

Really wonderful piece of machinery. I had the same for last 3 years and I bought the same again as it has really reduced my dry cleaning expense to less that 1/3rd. The delicate cycle can be used on most clothes instead of dry cleaning. Excellent quality machine.
