It's kind of hard to review a subwoofer on its own, but I can say this, when coupled with the soundbar, it makes the sound so much more realistic than soundbar alone. When playing music it definitely adds a depth that is not there with the playbar alone.

This piece looks great in my living room.It also pairs perfectly with the existing SONOS Soundbar that I have mounted above my TV. The fact that it's all wireless and all you have to do is plug in the power cord is nothing short of amazing.

I bought the sub to accompany the sonos playbar I ordered. The sub arrived before the playbar so I paired it with two play 5's I have in the kitchen until the playbar arrived. Once the playbar arrived I set it up in the bedroom with two play 3's and the playbar.

This thing sounds awsome! Even a rock could set it up in a couple of minutes flat and I couldn't be more pleased with the sound. It's a beast to carry around at 36 pounds, but the center hole and design of ports (top and bottom) at least make a convenient handle to grab.
