Sony seem quite keen on alternative memory card formats, even when everyone else has decided that SD cards will do, Sony still continue to make cameras that support Sony Memory Sticks.

that your FS7 is at the latest firmware 4.3 as of this writing. Or the card wont work, and youll get a media not guaranteed message in your viewfinder! An unwelcome message indeed. After I updated the firmware, everything went as expected.

Sturdy, much easier to use than SD which I feel are flimsy and more easy to lose. They don't use the pin holes like the Compact flash cards. Disadvantage is that you need to remember to bring a XQD reader with you (not built in to laptops) if you are out and about ...

The Z 7 has one card slot so I recommend a large memory card.

The size of the card speaks for itself. I use it in a Nikon D500 and I usually shoot to capture both RAW and large JPEG files. Even with that, I can shoot continuously at high speed for as long as I want without the Memory Card slowing down the camera. Its amazingly fast.

Nikon D850 requires XCD format. Sony almost only game in town. Good product

I use these memory cards for my Nikon D4S and my D500. When using my D500, the cards are so fast I can shoot 200 consecutive shots at 10fps! These cards give me the chance to effectively increase my buffer size (effective buffer size is a race between you generating data and your card writing data).

I bought this without knowing if it would work in my Nikon D500. Couldn't find anyone to definitively say it would work in my new camera, although I didn't look too hard. It works great, don't think I'll every have to take it out of the camera, or fill it up for that matter.

A little early for a definitive review, but this card seems to work fine in my D500. Transfer speeds seem very fast to the card when taking photos and also from the card to the computer using the camera USB 3 interface. I don't have an XQD card reader yet.

I am new to the XQD format, but its buffer speed is fast and allows for incredible shooting speeds on my Nikon D5. I would not hesitate to buy another card.
