Music helps motivate me when I run so it is critical that I have a reliable wireless headset when out on the road. After a couple of weeks with the new Amazon Echo Buds it looks like I just found my new running companion and at a price less than most all other serious competitors.

The Echo Buds are an admirable first shot at putting Alexa in our ears, and Amazon gets a lot of things right. Bose's noise reduction tech gives the audio quality a boost and multi-assistant support is a nice touch, even if Alexa gets top billing.

As if Amazon’s Alexa wasn’t pervasive enough, she has now found her way into your earbuds! The Echo Buds are $129.99, which is on the cheaper side compared to other true-wireless earbuds. But do they offer any other noteworthy qualities besides the built-in Alexa integration?

While I am a big fan of Amazon products I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the ear buds. The do not stay in your ears no matter what adapters you use. When you are trying and they are very sensitive to the touch so when I kept trying to put the back in my ears the noise cancelling would go on...

These worked pretty well for the 15 months or so that I have had them. However all of the sudden they no longer connect to my phone. I bought these echo buds 4 months ago, and they just completely stopped working, case won't charge, and the echo buds must be out of battery too because they won't connect to anything. UPDATE: They are sending me a complete replacement for the echo buds, so obviously I had to increase the review!

This product has very good sound quality however the battery life is no good

So far so good. Had the first gen and LOVED the noise canceling These don't seem to do the trick Great earbuds though

They keep falling out of my ears and the battery life up, not great at all

The sound quality on the echo buds is brilliant and the noise cancelling is a great feature to have. However, I did notice when taking the buds out of my ears or when putting them back in their case and taking them out of the case again, they wouldn’t automatically reconnect to my fire stick tv 4K.

I highly highly highly recommend this if your out and about all the time
