Bosch DUH36252UC 500 Series 36 Inch Under Cabinet Convertible Hood

I love the under cabinet stove hood. If there would be anything to improve it would to have two or more settings for the lights. I have acute migraines and bright lights are triggers, a lower level of light as an option would be a big plus.

Good suction and moderate noise. Mounted it into a large hood enclosure so that likely added to the resonance but it still wasn't bad. Very easy to install and good looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no problems installing the hood or finding the two lights for it, workes very well in venting. I don't use Hi very often but when I do it workes great but is a little to loud, I am still very satisfied on how good it vents. Looks great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air handling is great, pretty quiet. The bulbs last 3 months and are a royal pain to replace. I've tried swapping halogens for led and tungsten. But neither last long.

On high this thing is LOUD!! Not only the fan motor noise but the fans vibrate the metal cabinetry making it so loud you have to yell to hve a conversaton in a large room.

We bought this to match a whole new Bosch kitchen, and it's by far the worst of the bunch. It's so loud we can't use it, because we can't hear each other speak and our kids cover their ears and run away. It also doesn't seem to even clear smoke/smells at all.
