We bought this to replace a Bosch that failed at 10 years (probably 4,000 uses). The great: we love the new roll out shelf this unit has. The good: it's shiny, new and unlike the old oven correctly reaches temps!
A very nice looking oven that heats to temperature very quickly and cooks evenly. The oven has all the basic features but does not have internet type features that some of the other brand ovens have at this price point. Overall a very good oven and good quality workmanship.
This was beyond pricy but very much worth the money. The functionality of this oven was definitely a huge upgrade. I get more even results with everything I bake and its programs, modes and features are very impressive. Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would

I read the instruction Manuel and followed the instructions regarding rack placement and cooking choices. Everything comes out amazing from proofing pizza dough to baking pies to roasting chicken. My food is moist and tender and perfectly cooked. I love these ovens
The self clean saves the cleaning hassle for me, the touch control helps operating to be more simple. Bakes with strong detail and its appearance adds wealth to my kitchen
Nice oven - sleek and good looks. Cooks at precise temp. It does vent directly forward (in your face) but thats easy to live with.

I haven't had my oven very long but so far I am loving this oven. As with at new appliances you have to get use to its functions. I haven't taken the time to read the manual so I haven't tried out the convection feature yet. I do like the fast preheat feature though!

I have purchased GE Monogram and Viking ovens in the past these ovens by Bosch are superior by far. I waited 2 months after I purchased them to write this review. The temperature probe works great !
