Broan BCSEK130SS Glacier Series 30 Inch Under Cabinet Convertible Hood

We love the look of this simple beauty. This was perfect for our updated modern farmhouse kitchen!

It would have been easier to install with a second person, but otherwise installed fairly quickly and easily. Lights are bright and cover the entire area of the cook top nicely. Fan is strong and very, very quiet. Wipes clean easily - no crazy inside corners to try to reach.

This hood is wonderful: the fan is quiet, and does a great job of pulling odors and smoke outside, and the whole cooking surface is brightly lit by the LED lights. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, is that it was not easy to install. It took 4 people hours.

I give this 3 stars only because there is only one setting for the light. We liked to keep ours on in the kitchen over night. Not with this one. Only one setting and it is BRIGHT! Almost too bright for even cooking.

Love this hood. Looks expensive in person and better than pictures. Purchased thinking I would return but it was significantly cheaper than similar items and tried it. Very happy. Lights on hood are very bright!

This was a *fabulous* upgrade from our previous Broan which came with our house. We love the 2-speed fan, the LED lighting, and a filtration system that really works.

Exactly what I wanted! It's attractive, the light is nice and bright, and the fan noise is nearly inaudible.

the overall fan looks nice, however, the led lights are too far forward and shine on the knobs (too bright), so that it is difficult to read the numbers on the burner knobs and the rocker switch is cheap plastic fitting that sticks out of the hole! Once it is installed..

First one was significantly dented upon rceipt. Returned it and received a replcement. My contractor installed it yesterday but neither of the lights work. Very disappointed in this item. Would like a partial refund for all this trouble.

This hood range works well and is not overly noisy like some can be.
