Broil King Smoke vertical models all come with 4 fully adjustable grids. With 4 cubic feet of adjustable cooking capacity, there is plenty of room to smoke a variety of meat all at the same time.
Roto-Draft Dampers
Fully adjustable dampers are made of heavy duty cast aluminum with a stylish chrome coating. They allow precise temperature control by limiting the air flow through the cooking chambers.

Fold-Down Drip Tray
The unique stainless steel fold-down drip tray allows for drip free loading and unloading of smoked foods.
Integrated Meat Hooks
