Celestron 20-60x Zoom Refractor 2.4"/60mm Spotting Scope Kit

This spotting scope has a very clear lens. At broad daylight, objects appear to be very clear at 60x magnification but tends to get dark if the sunlight or light source gets dim.

First is the ups box. Then there is a cardboard box. I opened it and there is a cardboard sleeve-type box. Open it and is another box. The scope is great. Zoom makes viewing easy. Very generous accessories. Tripod. Cloth carrying bag. Aluminum type case.

I use this for spotting on my small practice range.No problem for spotting bullet holes on a target up to 200 yds. Have not really used it for anything else.

Got this for bird watching.... it's a little tight to find birds in this scope because of it's zoom. If you're able to key in on one, it's great! I didn't get this for the purpose of looking at the moon, or planets, but I tried it on a clear night and was blown away by the reach.

excellent beginner spotting scope! very good optics! i recommend it to anybody just starting out!

The scope itself looks great(grean mat rubber finish), it's super light, and the 60x zoom is sharp. for the scope alone, it's worth its price ( to me, at least)it comes with a soft carry bag, with a strap, and a hard case (with locks , but I don't think they work or I just don't know how to use...

Not worth the money. Stay away

Great telescope, tested it while birding and also viewing the moon. Did not test the small tripod (which would not work well for birding) as I already had a larger tripod. The protective case is a bonus.
