The Crown XLI Amplifier in my opinion is one of the best sounding power amps for that kind of money. Don't take my word for it; just read as much information as you can on Crown power amps and you will find that they are in fact the best.
Runs cool and quiet. The connectors look and feel durable for years to come. Great value for this price range with the Crown name!
This amp is excellent sounding with extreme power. Its built like a tank and should last years.
i bought this amp to replace a cheap gem sounds 1000 amp and i'm extremely impressed with the difference in power and sound quality. i bought it to power a set of peavey sp 5g 15 inch tops and it does a great job i couldn't have asked for better sound, power and price.
This amp is amazing, deliveries a crystal clear sound for my gemini dual 15" , I put them with a pair or jr earthquakes (cerwin vega) and the sound is amazing. Musical Style: Sonidera
Love the experience with the crown amp I would suggest that everyone should own one Musical Style: Hip-hop R&B
It may be heavy, but it's the Best!
I wanted a high end amplifier for my home hifi. However every amp I looked at that put out this many watts was ridiculously over priced. I remembered I used to use crown xtis for DJ gigs. So I turned to zZounds, and there it was. On sale to boot. The sound is amazing and strong.
I have been looking into the Crown Audio Amplifiers for a while, was interested in the Drivecore XLS Amplifiers, but when I saw this amplifier on special I had to pill the plug. I am using this amplifier with my trusty old JBL STUDIO MONITORS 4530.
I use this amp to power two RBH 4 ohm passive subs. While setting the sub max volume setting in the receiver, it requires one to push the subs to the point of distortion, then set the max just below. I could never reach the point of distortion.
