Cuisinart PerfecTemp Cordless Electric Kettle

Built in quality that will last is its best feature. The Keep Warm feature is my favorite ❤️ Boil time on highest setting is 7 minutes. Can’t say it’s faster than my last but having the temp options allows for alteration of boiling time depending on what I’m using the water for.

This is my first electric kettle for making tea so I don't have any reference points. It is very sturdy and I like the wireless feature for lifting the kettle off the stand. I'm not sure how much I'll use the many temp settings since I drink mostly black tea but I guess it's nice to have.

I got this couple days ago it got to me pretty quickly love it works really well for tea with the different temp settings.

  Faster Boiling Be Nice

Yes, it was thoroughly cleaned, multiple times. About a week or so after use some really odd smelling gunk started to swell up in the seam at the very bottom of the pot (inside) and I tried to clean it using vinegar and whatever it was started to disintegrate and was so nasty and toxic smelling I...

I love this product, use it daily, would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to friends

Never though I would say this, but I miss this kettle. That's right a kettle! It has just the perfect options and the tea really does taste better at the correct brewing temp. Might just go out and purchase another one!

  2 weeks after purchase, it stopped heating up water. The electronics we're on as indicated by buttons and lights

The aesthetic is very pleasing to the eyes and matches my kitchen decor, but it only lasted a year. The lights will not go off, can't shut them off, and if left on the stand it constantly boils. However, I am going to buy another one. Hopefully, I can get a few years out of it.

The automatic reboil feature means that you have to remember to switch it off after you’ve used it which is irritating to say the least. This is the first automatic kettle I’ve ever had to switch off, far from being energy efficient it is driving me mad. I doubt I will ever use all the temp options.

When our old Cuisinart CPK-17 PerfecTemp 1.7-Liter Stainless Steel Cordless Electric Kettle finally reached the end of its all too brief lifespan (3 years) we decided to explore a few alternatives to see if there might be anything better available, something equally efficient, but more durable.
