Works like a champ. I have hearing loss for certain frequencies and the equalizer helps me boost the sound. I also enjoy recording and remixing the music to my satisfaction. Trey assisted me with the proper connections as the amplifier and equalizer had different requirements for connecting to your...
Love it! Solved my 40 yr. Old reciever in the basement issues. Would buy it again.
I have this patched through the vintage Harman/Kardon power amp in my living room, and it made all the difference! Quiet, and really helped match the system to the room. It doesn't have an on/off switch, but that doesn't matter for me because the H/K has a switched outlet on the back. Very pleased.
Pros: Easy To Use,Clear Sound,Professional FunctionsThis is my second equalizer. I have expanded my business and I needed another equalizer to balance my speaker/subwoofer output. I loved the first one so much I bought another. So easy to operate.
Not too complicated. Fixed my issue with too high of mids on my system.

I have a small studio and this has helped smooth out the low end and clean up the mid's which will in turn help the quality of my recordings. 15 band is plenty and this thing is quiet and doesn't seem to add any color or vibe, just eq to my ears.
Nice and quiet like an aqualizer should be. Use an upgrade from this for my studio but for home audio thru my Sonos, this is more than enough and then some. Great!
The difference between before and after I added the dbx 215s is amazing.

Would have been nice if if had rubber nubs on the bottom
I use this unit in the balanced monitor output chain from my DP-32 to XLR input on 215 to XLR input on my Samson 100W monitor amp to my ART near-field monitors. Easy to use, smooth sliders.
Outstanding 2/3 octive EQ. delivers the performance as promised. Compact, one rack space design, with everything needed to enhance the sound output of my system. The 12db boost / cut selection buttons are a great addition.
