I've had this machine for 4 months. I had a Gaggia Anime Prestige for 5 years prior and thought I would try this one. When it works, it's a good latte. But man, it requires a lot of care and feeding compared to the Anime. I have to double clean the nozzle after every use.

I have to say this is by far the best Espresso Machine I have come across. The features on this machine is remarkable. Most importantly is the beverage that comes out of this machine. What strength are you looking for...you choose your bean setting. So many cup choices to choose from.

I got this machine and the Phillips 4347 (4300 series) machine because I couldn't make up my mind and this machine does iced coffee but the Phillips does Americano. Anyway. I did the side by side test. They both make espresso pretty close to the same amount of time.

I gave this a 4 star only because it was somewhat difficult to understand and setup. I wish manufacturers would give directions to someone to read and make sure they make sense before actually printing. Proof to my thoughts, ground was consistently spelled ground which proves no one proof read.

This machine makes the best coffee when you learn how to save your settings and make what you like Latte’s, Longs, macchiato’s, regular Coffee etc… has not been the same since I brought this machine. A little expensive but for me it was worth the price.

This is our second Delonghi and we absolutely love it. We have tried a different brand in the past but they do not compare to what Delonghi offers. We love all of the different settings that it has to make the different types of drinks. The freshly ground coffee is so creamy and smooth.

Have only had the espresso machine for three weeks, but already have become very pleased with the choices of easy to make beverages and their taste. Machine appears to be easy to use and clean. Also starts up pretty quickly. Hoping to enjoy it for many years to come.
