Background: My brand-new built-in Electrolux microwave broke after a few months of use and after two months of back and forth with their clueless and incompetent staff, Electrolux has not been able to fix it or replace it.

Poor Quality
We were so excited to put this appliance in our newly remodeled kitchen and try out the unique features. Our favorite part is the convection feature on the microwave. It will be hard to go back to just a regular microwave if we ever have to.
As one of the other previous reviewers mentioned we too received this combo product with our new custom built house. From day one we've had issues with the lights not working in either the top or the bottom section.
