Fiio A5 Portable Headphone Amplifier (Black)

Transparent. Great amp, works very well for me. Powerful. The battery lasts long enough for me (it lasts longer than my DAP's so I charge them at the same time). I have a DX80 & everything I play sounds better through the the A5 than through the DX80's built-in amp. I listen mostly to classical.

This is a fantastic headphone amp. Solid build quality, and lots of very clean power. Its got enough juice to get a full sized set of cans going, and sound great doing it. The battery life seems to be great as well. For the money I dont think this unit can be beat, highly recommended.

I wanted a little more power than my Fiio M9 could provide, especially the bottom end. Bought the A5 and tried it (very carefully) with my Shure Earphones. The sound was deeper, with a deeper soundstage, no noise, just black silence and super clear music.

Hello. If you are in to high res audio or you want your mobile device sound improved and have great set headphones, you need an amplifier. There are many out there and thill one will do the task as well. It goes great with my Fiio X5 (3rd gen) player.
