Whether it is because they are semi-open is not known, but the Fostex T60RP has cleaner sound than most closed in the class.

I have become very fond of the T60rp due to itsnatural and honest portrayal of music. Things sound real out of them, they maynot excel when it comes to pure technicalities but when you listen to them youforget about that and just become immersed in the music.

MajorHiFi recently received the newest headphones from Fostex, the T60RP. Due to debut at NAMM 2018, these cans are semi-open. They are the successors to the others in the T50RP, so I’m excited to give them a listen and see how they feel and sound. This is the Fostex T60RP headphones review.
I have become very fond of the T60rp due to its natural and honest portrayal of music. Things sound real out of them, they may not excel when it comes to pure technicalities but when you listen to them you forget about that and just become immersed in the music.
