The Fujifilm X-T5 is our favorite APS-C camera for stills photographers. It's fast, well-designed, and capable of class-leading image quality. However, video quality isn't its strong suit and there are slightly more reliable autofocus systems for the money.

Still photographers, including portrait, wildlife, travel, and landscape shooters. Anyone who desires a rugged, high-resolution camera with classic charm.

Videographers and hybrid shooters.
The Fujifilm X-T5 is great for travel photography. It's relatively portable, has a high-res EVF, and a tilting screen that's great for waist-level shots. Its high-resolution sensor captures stunningly detailed images, with plenty of leeway to crop your photos, and its in-body image stabilization can...

The X-T5’s greatest competition may just be in the form of Fujifilm’s own X-H2, which adds a number of features including: much deeper buffers, superior memory card technology, 8K video, fully articulating LCD screen, higher resolution viewfinder, has a full size HDMI port along with a native...

The screen has reverted to tilt rather than articulating, Eye AF performance still lags behind Sony and Canon, Whole screen tracking not as smoothly implemented as competitors, Buffer fills up REALLY fast when shooting action, Still limited touchscreen, Q menu navigation remains frustrating
The Fujifilm X-T5 has been eagerly anticipated by Fujifilm fans and it doesn’t disappoint. It makes a very healthy step up from the X-T4 in terms of resolution while keeping noise under control well.

Major step-up in resolution from the X-T4, New subject detection system, 3-way tilting screen

Crop applied to many of the video outputs, Complex collection of continuous shooting options
The Fujifilm X-T5 is a truly fantastic camera. In fact, one of our editors calls it one of theFujifilm built the camera around a high-resolution 40.2-megapixel sensor that does a great job of grabbing lots of detail from a scene.

Viewfinder feels small compared to full-frame models
The Fujifilm X-T5 is a professional APS-C mirrorless digital cameras from Fujifilm. It shares co-flagship status with the with the X-H2 reviewed here Fujifilm X-H2 , a larger model that provides additional video capabilities.
Features fifth-generation image sensor and processing technologies in a compact and lightweight body.
There are still some areas where Fuji lags a bit, and my primary complaints are focused on an autofocus system that is only marginally improved and that lags in some areas behind the other brands in some areas along with my continued frustration with navigating Fuji’s Q-menu.
Fujifilm’s X-T camera range has always been notable for its solid construction, retro-styling and reliably sharp results when undertaking shoot-from-the-hip operation. The X-T5, while fielding a whopping resolution that may feel like overkill to some, is no exception.

Rangefinder-like manual dials may overwhelm non-enthusiasts, Tilting LCD screen a little stiff in operation, Commands a high-ish price
I switched over from a full frame canon 6d and am very happy with the images I am getting from this crop sensor. The colors are still a work in progress. I’m tweaking the colors slowly to get it to my liking. I really enjoy the feel of this camera, the dials are sturdy.
A lightweight camera that is fun to use, with many of the color profiles and other features that set Fuji apart from other brands. Unfortunately, it shares the same sub-par autofocus issues I've found with different models from Fuji.
Value that you get from this camera and lens kit is amazing. It's a compact size that delivers serious image quality on the form factor that allows you to take the camera anywhere and be discreet.
The Fujifilm XT5 is the next great development in the XT series. The new object tracking with the enhanced sensor is truly producing amazing images. As always Eldar and his team were a pleasure to business with.
Did a big upgrade to my camera equipment. I found the person who helped me to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
I love my X-T5. Superb image quality, outstanding selection of film simulations, IBIS, new battery - and yes, the tilting screen!
Camera can pick birds out of a clear sky, which my DSL seldom did.
One of many purchases over the years, simple straightforward and pleasantly completed. A shame no Tamron 18-300mm to go with the XT5 . Perhaps soon ?
I should start out by saying that I am (maybe was) primarily a Canon EOS 5D Mk IV user, and have a significant investment in Canon lenses. Recently I have been looking for a travel camera to avoid having to lug my lens collection on upcoming long trips to the US and Asia this year.
Brilliant camera, does what it claims and is a big upgrade from my older XT30.
