This air conditioner replaced a different brand and it fit perfectly into the sleeve. The unit cools fast and has great controls. The filter is cleanable and easy to do. The dry function works very well. The trim kit worked great so it looks great in wall.

Today is the first time I'm using it because it's the first 90 degree day. I love the remote but, it is a little noisy, but, it is in the living room so it shouldn't be a problem when I go to sleep. So far, so good.

Unit is noisy and settings set low in the front and not easily visible without bending down to see them. Instruction manual not very clearly written.

The airflow is very accurately satisfying. My wife Babbs loves it. Controls are very easy and simple and the design is gorgeous

We are happy with the AC so far. I am running it in cool mode with fan on low, so it is quieter than the unit we replaced.

Love it!!! I have it for now going on 6 months and it is one of the best air conditioners I have ever bought. Love the washable or you can even vacuum it filter and it has a reminder light that goes on. So if I was you I would definitely not think twice about buying this unit.

Its a good AC. Cools the room. Quiet. Don't like the buttons on the remote.
