Pretty simple to use, even without the manual. Cooks the frozen veggies just perfect using the vegetable button. Sometimes the reheat feature warms the food a little too hot, but otherwise it's good. Like the 30 second button, too, for warming up my coffee.

We have another micro-wave same brand and they are both very good appliances and do a fine job of cooking, defrosting or just warming up left-overs.

We have only had this microwave for about three weeks. So far, I love it. It functions well, looks nice, and has many features. It is a lot bigger than the microwave we had before, however, and I was surprised at how much counter space it took up.
