The oven gives a thorough baking operation and the controls are simple to figure out
I was glad to find double ovens in 24 in so we didn't have to do any extreme remodeling. The temperature is right where you set it and seems to cook evenly. I'm careful and wipe up any spills, so haven't used the self cleaning feature. But I'm almost ready.
I like these ovens, but I noticed that the upper oven has not reached temperature when it says it has, and it stops heating 25 degrees below what it says it reaches. The lower oven also takes longer than the indicator light says to reach temperature, and reaches slightly higher than I set it.
Nice product. Was very hard to find oven to fit in existing cabinet.
Just installed and looks good in my kitchen. Heats quickly and evenly with all the features you really need without being overly complicated. Oven has a solid feel, and runs cool and quiet. Would have liked larger interior dimensions but for 24 in. it should be adequate size. This is a keeper...
The thermostate hasn't been corrrect even after setting and resetting. Timer that says the oven is up to temp goes off and it's not even half way heated.Bottom one that has no temp readt 'ding' was over 40 degrees off when we got it. Re set it and it still isn't correct.
Have been very happy with this GE oven since it was installed 1 month ago. The oven gets up to desired temperature very quickly, cooks evenly, and is easy to clean. Solid doors and racks, and the oven is a nice looking appliance. Well insulated too, so it does not heat up the kitchen.
We had an older GE double oven in our home that a prior owner had installed. Its mother board died and no replacements were available. Fortunately, GE still makes one that is a drop-in replacement.
We upgraded to a double oven. This was money well spent. The oven is a time saver.
This was a replacement oven. My only wish so far is that the bottom oven had the same features as the top.

- Cabinets installed adjacent to wall ovens must have an adhesion spec of at least 194 degrees Fahrenheit temperature rating.
- If marks, blemishes or the cutout opening is visible above the installed oven, it may be necessary to add wood shims under the runners and front trim until the marks or openings are covered.
- Door handle protrudes 3" from door face. Cabinets and drawers on adjacent walls should be placed to avoid interference with the handle.
