Purchased the exact same model as our previous microwave but as it turns out, it is not the same at all. It is very loud, does not contain an interior rack and the door opens and closes very loudly. The light on the microwave is bright white and the old model was more of a softer yellow/green.
Sleek design. Easy to use controls. Able to install ourselves, took two people to mount under the cabinet.
We replaced our old white builder's grade microwave with this one. The slate color looks beautiful and it has many preset cooking features. It was fairly easy to install. Since this was the first time for us to install a microwave, it took us quite a while but we didn't run into any difficulties.
I love the looks of it and it seems to work well but when you open and close the door it seems cheap and you really have to put force when closing it.
Sales rep was very professional and helpful in the selection. It replaced an LG and functions way better than the old one. Would recommend it to anyone.

Hard To See Display
Easy to mount. Light weight. Nice simple standard features. Looks great!
Had to update my microwave as my older one was acting up. This microwave is SOOO loud! The exhaust fan is super loud and there is no way to turn off the fan when heating food either. It also doesn't do a very good job in exhausting out either! It's just loud and not good!
This microwave is perfect for our family’s needs. Has the updated features that we wanted.
