GE Profile 27" Stainless Steel Electric Single Wall Oven - Convection

This oven replaced one of another brand that served well for 20 years. The new GE oven seems to be quite efficient (has good insulation) because it seems to cool slowly after shutting off the power. The door feels sturdy when opening and closing. That is one item that emits a quality impression.

Our. new GE Profile Smart oven is a great cooking teacher. Using the features, I am learning how to cook by following the on screen menu.

I felt this oven was kind of pricey, but so far has lived up to my expectations. Love the temp probe pretty accurate and very easy to use. the clean cycle can use either a steam or a normal self-cleaning mode. I like the even heat it cooks most roasts or assorted dishes.

I did not see the oven in operation in the showroom. There are two important criticisms and one minor one. Important: 1) the beeping sound even a maximum volume is very low; 2) the display is very bright even when only time is displayed.

This oven has all the features I was looking for. I love the convection oven feature. I really like the control panel. I like how it only appears when you need to program it for cooking. I like the 1 minute warning on the timer. The only thing I would recommend, is make the timer alarm louder.

cooking is even, convection is quiet, inside size is great, solid/quality feel, outside look is sharp. Our house was built in 1999, 27" wall oven was the size then, hard to find replacement now, this unit, though a bit pricey, is wonderful.

This oven has great features and capacity. Looks sleek and modern. Fits right under our older GE wall microwave.

This fit perfectly in the cabinet where our old GE wall oven was. We did not have to make any modifications. I like that I can use it remotely with the app. I can make sure nobody accidentally left it on while I am at work.

The installation went without a hitch. We were using the oven five minutes after the install was finished. No cabinet mods were needed. It slid into the previous oven's opening. Easy to use!

Very good temperature control but lack a time cook option.
