We love the way the microwave looks and the functionality. Many more features on this that were not on the one it replaced. Easy to clean and keep looking good. The only downside for me is the LED panel that controls all th functions of the microwave. It was a little taxing setting the microwave up.

It does a decent job of microwaving the food. We find the front panel controls to be confusing and not well organized. There are no presets for softening or defrosting particular foods such as ice cream or butter. The front panel doesn't light the buttons on the panel.

Very nice microwave. Every single piece of it is high quality and works perfectly. Fan is strong and make smell and smoke disappear in no time. Microwave itself does a great job of heating up food nicely and evenly. We`re glad we chose this model

I was encouraged by the “my cycle” feature, but alas it does nothing more than add time to to the cook. I was under the impression that the power level could also be customized. This is not the case. Also, the Chef Connect feature also fails far too often so that I have to re-pair with my range.

Everything about this microwave is good except the LED blue light. Other reviewers have said the same. The light color distorts food color and makes it hard to tell when something is done - especially meat. We looked for solutions online to replace the light but none are easy fixes.

We've only figured out how to use the microwave in 15 second increments. The people that installed the appliances took the how to use books with them. I'll get on Google and see how to use it correctly in 1 second increments. It cooked my bacon up just fine and I had a good breakfast. So far so good

Too many steps to cook something with the knob to turn.

This microwave was installed during a kitchen remodel. I really didn't get a chance to physically see it beforehand. I also did not read the instructions right away. Although confusing at first because of all the features, it works great and are very happy with it.

While it works as it was designed to, I found the previous design which the new model replaced to have been better. In particular the old model had a set of number keys the allowed instant time selection for minutes 1-6.
