GE microwaves are durable, reliable and come with nice features. I replaced my GE profile microwave for this one after 10 years! This microwave is an all-in-one, includes convectional oven. Perfect size, easy to install over the range. I will buy this product again.
Love the new microwave. Only downfall is for the cook time function you can only do in predetermined time increments and the reheat function heats very quickly. Have to remove food before the time is up because it overheats otherwise, Do love everything else about it though.
This is the second one we have purchased. The first one the internal switches which turn off the system when the door is closed did not function any more; Bought this one hoping they have fixed this issue. Overall, it works great and you have a second oven for cooking when needed.
We really enjoy this. Just need to watch what you are baking as the food gets done sooner. The manual is okay. You would think they would supply a better one.
I love the purchase I made of the GE Convection microwave. A great improvement over my old microwave. And the assistance I received at Abt was outstanding. So much, that within 2 weeks, I came back and finished off my kitchen. Now I'm broke, but I have beautiful appliances!
This was a really good investment. I love how this unit comes with a charcoal filter, as well as the Chef Connect option that helps provide extra convenience. This is a very good model. I highly recommend.

There is much to like about this unit. However, there are clear drawbacks. 1. Not enough ways to customize, e.g. the clock light is too bright, cannot diminish, 2. options are limited. overemphasis on connecting this device to other GE products. 3.
It is a bit pricey, but we LOVE the way it looks. This is our 3rd GE microwave and we prefer the Profile line. this new slate color is beautiful and the no fingerprints feature is great with 4 kids. 3 stage fan and two-stage under light are nice. it was easy to install and is easy to use.
We use this for many things. It is especially convenient at the holidays and during the summer when you don't want to turn on the oven and heat up the kitchen. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the finger prints.
