The Garmin Forerunner 935 was announced last month and as I continue actively training for my first full marathon in June I've spent the last few weeks testing out the Forerunner 935 and comparing it to other GPS wearables.

Lightweight comfortable design, Long battery life, Accurate GPS and activity tracker, Clear and crisp color display, Easy to use interface, Large buttons for efficient navigation, Outstanding software providing all the data you could ever want

Expensive for a Forerunner
The sheer range of data you can get, neatly balanced with enough smartwatch connectivity, set in the context of so much potential through the compatible sensors and accessories makes it hard not to recommend the Garmin Forerunner 935. At this level, there are very few who can compete.

Accurate, Great to wear, Refined UI, Vast array of data, Easily expandable ecosystem

No onboard music support, No Garmin Pay
The Garmin Forerunner 935 is an exceptional multi-sport watch that will just keep chugging along for days and days on your wrist. It's also an excellent smartwatch and fitness tracker in many ways, with perhaps music support the only notable omission.

Varied sports tracking, Amazing battery life, Excellent fitness information

More expensive than most, No onboard music, No Garmin Pay
If you do any sport that could be improved with tracking, which is most, this watch will help you do exactly that. The more expensive package with chest strap is ideal for developed athletes looking for more insightful data but for everyone else the watch alone does the job, and well.

So comfortable you barely notice it, Attractive design, Impressive battery life, Multiple training functions, Smartphone connectivity

Thick screen bezel, Garmin Connect app still overwhelming
I had to replace my ageing Garmin Fenix 3 watch. I chose a Garmin Instinct mainly due to its features and price. It was a suitable watch for my triathlon training needs however it had one major drawback, its face size.

Does everything I need(and more!) for cycling and running.Easy to customise workouts and much better battery life than my Forerunner 45!

The usual silicone strap.
I had been looking forward to getting this watch. For the first month, it was working great for all sports. After about a month the open water swims started to look very wonky. Same lakes, but the GPS seems to not be working nearly as good.
The device Forerunner 935 is excellent. This watch could give you a incredible experience. Just one observation: it should be more resistant. Its plastic box and glass are so weak that you must buy some protection for it.BVC
I have owned this watch for three months now, and wear it 24/7. Great for tracking runs, biking, hiking, and swimming. Sync with your phone and get all the stats on your activities. Having the altimeter is a real plus for hikers and mt bikers.

It's a really good upgrade for my 735xt. Long battery life and proper elevation given in real time. Useful for 100km + events that I have lined up.

I've had the 610, 910, 920XT and now the 935. I'm very happy with the watch. I'm still waiting for another brand to dethrone Garmin when it comes to tri-watches.
I simply love the watch. The fit and feel of the watch on the wrist is spot on for me, and the functions and battery life is more then I could of asked for. GPS connects very fast and from what I can tell, very accurate. This is my everyday, all day watch and activity/fitness tracker.
