I had the printer set up by the geek squad and everything was fine until it came to faxing. I couldn't send faxes. The performance of this printer and quality is great. The ink it comes with lasts so long and the size is perfect even for a smaller desk if need be. It’s not very noisy and the connectivity is very easy and works great with the internet.

This has been a game changer for me! I print alot and in the short time I have had this printer I have definitely got my monies worth. Every feature described has blown my expectations out of the water. Easy set up and takes up a small amount of space, HP has yet to do me wrong.

I was disappointed that the printer doesn't have the feature allowing for printing on both sides of the paper. The print quality is good. Setup took some doing but once set up the printer works great.

I've had my eyes on a tank ink jet printer for a long time and I finally decided to try one. I did some research and the HP models seemed to get glowing reviews. So let's talk about setup. It will take you some time to fill the tanks.

Absolute worst printer ever. It connects when it feels like it, the other 98% of the time you spend fighting with it to get it to connect. It doesn’t matter if it’s hardwired or wireless. It simply has a poor ability to connect. Tried everything. HP offers no support at all.

I hated the expensive cartridges in my old printer. Hated buying them. I like this printer except I don’t like that it won’t print on 2 sides unless I turn the paper over and feed it back in. And sometimes I send a job to print and for some crazy reason it prints twice, wasting my paper.

I need to make packets occasionally for my job. It’ll stop midway through sometimes, sometimes it’ll print half a page out of order, sometimes won’t print what you click on to print. You try it again then it starts printing then remembers oh yeah!

I have spent (wasted) more time trying to figure out why the printing is randomly bad. Some print lines are fine while others are barely visible. Now the small screen has just gone dark. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Worst quality. Paper constantly jams and clearing out paper is a pain. Do not buy this printer
