I got this for my 4k YouTube videos that I make with obs studio and adobe premiere for my business. Beautiful screen, big enough that I don't need multiple monitors. There's enough real estate to have two windows running side by side with all the detail I need.
I bought 2 of these and have them both connected to a HP Z-Book laptop through a HP USB-C/A docking station. Easily driving both at full 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) with crisp clear results. Setup was straight forward and simple. Very Satisfied with this product.
I just got this monitor and have only used it with text and simple videos. I haven't yet viewed my 4K videos which really drove my decision to get this one. I like the large size and ability to make text large enough for these old eyes to see more easily. Display is very clear and sharp.
This was my second attempt at getting a large monitor for my workstation at home and I’m very satisfied with my purchase thus far (1 month in). The resolution is perfect for work - I work in spreadsheets, slides, and emails all day and I can do it all easily on this monitor, fitting multiple windows...
Went back to a desktop from a 17" Laptop for use in home office/music studio. Got it on sale and this is a solid monitor with plenty of personalization options. Not top of the line by any means but definitely has a better picture than the closely priced FHD monitors.
Most reviewers below said they can't get 4k resolution. The main issue is your PC/Mac can handle 4k resolution and the adapter/HDMI cable is 4k capable. I had the issue with the HDMI adapter and I wasn't getting 4k resolution. Once I switched to a different one, I got a fantastic 4k resolution.
Had issues at first getting it connected to laptop and able to get right resolutions with docking station, but using HDMI cords seemed to help get resolution issues fixed and good to go, great monitors sturdy and good buy. Wish the frame wasn't quite as big.
I now have four monitors hooked up to my main computer. It allows me to program and still watch TV and do my financials. Perfect size for my needs. When I have guest come over, they think I'm a computer nerd (well, I am).
I purchased two monitors to replace some existing HD monitors on my desktop. These UHD monitors have much cleaner/clearer images and text. They were the last part of an overall upgrade to my system, moving to a true workstation with SSD and high-performance graphic adaptor.
Horrible viewing angles, even viewing it directly in front of me it is not even good enough for casual web browsing. If I didn't know otherwise, I would've said this monitor was simply FHD 1920x1080 (yes, I made sure the graphics card settings were correctly set to 4K).
