Hisense 3.1CH Dolby Atmos Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer

I do like the product in terms of how small and lightweight it is, the clarity is very good and the value for it was well priced. It's just not what I'm looking for. The clarity doesn't get any better after 45 volume and the bass wasn't what I was expecting. Overall this is a good buy for the price.

I’m disappointed in how quiet this soundbar is. I have tried all the settings and the volume on the soundbar is less than the TV without the speaker. Also, the subwoofer creates so little sound you don’t even know it is in the room. We have to keep the volume at 65 just to hear regular shows.

The 312 has two more speakers and 100watts more power than the 219 with just 4 speakers and 200watts. The 219 does top out at lower volume but even at 100 sounds crisp a d clear and the subwoofer rumbles wonderfully. The 312 is more crisp but has a hollow sound.

I had high hopes for this but, in general, I am disappointed. My concerns: 1) if a movie/program has a fairly loud sound (music score) track, even if volume is not turned up high, it makes the "talking" portion very difficult to hear as it is drowned out.

Compared to the disastrous experiences I had with two other sound bars, the Hisense HS312 was a welcome relief. Unlike the other two sound bars, the set up couldn't have been easier and the quality difference was immediately noticeable. The subwoofer makes a huge difference.

I added this sound bar to my Hisense TV and the sound is great. It was a cinch to install my TV synced up automatically. Highly recommend

SEPTEMBER 2022 I purchased the Hisense HS312 3.1ch Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer for my new HiSense U8G. The TV is great, but the soundbar is awful. It shuts off randomly or doesn't work. I wish I had returned it right away.

Not bad at all for the value. In fact, I am considering buying 3 more units, which will go into bedrooms. The unit is not powerful enough for a good home theater setup. BUT - a few cons: 1. I wished the subwoofer were a little stronger; and had more controls 2.

We love it but sometimes the sound goes out.

The Soundbar itself falls under ok. The Subwoffer starts out working poorly and then went out completely after about 4 months. I sent the subwoofer to their repair depot in Suwanee GA. $28.00 just to get it there. They would not send me a return label.
